Parking

TOA does not validate parking.

The hotel features two parking options: self-parking and valet parking.

Self parking is available by paying a QR code found in the self-parking lot for those attending the conference but not staying at the hotel. Guests staying overnight should be prepared to have their license plate to share with the hotel staff at check in.

Overnight Valet:

$40 plus tax per night.

Day Valet:

0-4 hours – $20 plus tax
4-8 hours – $25 plus tax
8+ hours – $35 plus tax

Day Self-Parking Pricing:
0-4 hours – $10 plus tax
4-8 hours – $20 plus tax
8+ hours – $25 plus tax

TOA’s meeting space on Friday and Saturday will take up the Wanamaker Ballroom area.

TOA Registration

TOA’s registration table, which will have your name badge and program syllabus, can be found in Wanamaker D – the middle room. This room will also house the food and drinks.

General Sessions: Friday and Saturday

The general session on Friday and Saturday will be held in Wanamaker A-B-C.

Friday Evening’s Reception & Resident Skills Challenge

All attendees are invited to Friday evening’s reception, which includes the Resident Skills Challenge. It will be held in Wanamaker E-F-G and also on the Wanamaker Event Lawn.

Saturday Morning Breakouts: Residents & Medical School Students

The Saturday morning breakout sessions for residents and medical school students will be in Wanamaker E and G.
