Each year, over 60 Texas MS 2 and MS 3 students participate in TOA’s medical school program during TOA’s Leadership Conference: “The Transition: Medical School to Residency.” The two-day program is dedicated to helping Texas medical school students navigate the transition to an orthopaedic residency.
