Dear Friends of the Texas Orthopaedic Association,
It’s never too early to start planning for 2027 — and we’re already looking ahead with real excitement here at the Texas Orthopaedic Association.
We’re excited to announce that the TOA 2027 Annual Conference will take place April 1–3 at the W Hotel in Dallas. This year’s program is built to deliver more value to more of the orthopaedic community than ever before. On Friday, we’ll run a full-day parallel track — clinical topics in one room and business and policy topics in the other — so that both orthopaedic surgeons and practice administrators find sessions built for them. On Saturday morning, we’ll turn our attention to public policy and the issues shaping the future of orthopaedic practice in Texas.
We’re also pleased to share that the state’s largest orthopaedic practice will hold its annual meeting concurrently with TOA on Saturday. That partnership will bring even more surgeons and administrators through our doors and points to a larger, more engaged audience in 2027.
This year, we’ve reserved the entire second floor of the W Hotel, and we couldn’t be more excited about the intimate, high-energy space it creates. That intimacy does come with a trade-off worth noting: fewer exhibits in 2027.
As we enter the fourth quarter of 2026, we’re hearing from many of our past supporters about upgrading their sponsorships for the coming year, and we’re now focused on locking those commitments in before we open up general exhibits. As you’ll see below, several of our higher-level sponsorships have already been claimed — but a few opportunities still remain, and we’d welcome the opportunity to work with you to tailor a sponsorship to fit your needs.
