The retreat has been created as a small event for attendees and sponsors to interact with each other.
Sponsors are invited to participate in all of the talks, including the Friday night dinner.
If you would like to attend the Friday night public policy dinner, simply RSVP to email@example.com.
Set up and Load out
Set up will be available beginning at 4 p.m. on Friday, October 1. You are welcome to set up at any point that you wish.
TOA’s Friday night dinner will begin at 7 p.m.
The conference concludes after lunch on Sunday, October 3. You are welcome to load out at any point that you wish.
TOA will provide one six-foot table and two chairs to each sponsor. Any backdrop or supporting materials must fit within that space.
The exhibits will be housed in the registration foyer, which leads into the general session room.
