The general session and exhibits will be in the Cibolo ballroom section of the resort. (The resort features a large ballroom space.)

Thursday’s reception, Friday’s Resident Skills Competition/reception and the resident and medical school breakouts will be in the “flower rooms” and Sunday Garden section of the resort. (The back space of the resort once you walk out the back doors.)

Parking

• Self-Parking – $19 plus tax
• Valet – $45 plus tax after four hours

For both self-parking and valet the guests will come to the main gate, and they will get a ticket from the machine.  Anyone who is staying at the hotel will have their parking charged to their sleeping room.   

For people just driving in each day:

• The attendees who are self-parking can park in the parking lot in front of the hotel or by the conference center.  We will have a voucher that people will use when they leave to get the discounted self-parking rate of $19 and they will pay as they leave the property.

• The people that are going to valet they will drive up to the front drive.  They will get a voucher to scan at the gate when they leave, and they will pay as they leave the property.
